Cancellation & Booking Policy:

  1. Cancellation by the Gym: The gym reserves the right to cancel any group exercise class due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, equipment malfunction, or inclement weather. In such cases, the gym will notify the participants as soon as possible and make arrangements for rescheduling the class.

  2. Cancellation by Participants: Participants must cancel their reservation for a group exercise class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will be considered a late cancellation.

  3. Late Cancellation Policy: If a participant cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the gym will charge a late cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to the cost of one class session, and it will be deducted from the participant's account.

  4. No Show Policy: If a participant does not show up for a scheduled class and does not cancel their reservation, the gym will charge a no-show fee. The fee will be equal to the cost of one class session, and it will be deducted from the participant's account.

  5. Booking Policy: Booking for upcoming classes opens after the currently selected class has finished. Attendees of the current class have first priority for booking upcoming classes. After the current class has finished, attendees may reserve their spot for the following week. If any spaces remain available, they will then be open to the public.

  6. Refund Policy: The gym does not offer refunds for cancelled or missed classes. However, if the gym cancels a class, participants may request a refund or a credit towards a future class.

  7. Exceptions: The gym may make exceptions to this cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a family emergency. Participants should contact the gym as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

By reserving a spot in a group exercise class, participants agree to abide by this cancellation policy. The gym reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
